As a manufacturer, CAS stocks a complete inventory of parts for immediate shipment. We are only a telephone call away. With today’s technology and delivery systems, distance is no longer a factor. If parts are needed, they can be shipped as quickly from 3000 miles as they can from 300 miles. We can ship at 3:30 pm Pacific Coast time (6:30 pm Eastern) for next morning delivery when needed.
SERVICE:
Rarely is equipment ever sent back to the factory for repair work. Repairs are generally made in the field or at a local repair shop. We will work directly with your field mechanic or local truck shop to assist in any repair work needed.
